The background color will be the color of the surface you place the sticker on, or clear if you put it on a clear surface. Decals come in 3 pieces: the top layer is a transparent transfer tape, the middle layer is your actual decal or sticker, and the bottom layer is the wax backing. Please note that these stickers should not be applied to extreme cold or hot surfaces, and the ideal temperature for application is between 60F and 90F.
